How does this differ from therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing; coaching focuses on strategy.
Therapy typically looks in the past to explore trauma, process deep emotional pain, and manage clinical mental health conditions.
My coaching is forward-based. I meet you where you are today, and together we define the loop and build an action plan to help you achieve your professional and/or personal goals.
